If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days. Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Returns must be received by Omni-Pod.com 14 calendar days after notifying Omni-Pod.com of intent to return. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item. You will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally. If a check refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund.
